Coffee & Walnut Cake Recipe
A classic cake that pairs coffee and walnut beneath a rich mascarpone frosting.
The magic of Coffee and walnut
Coffee and walnut cake has become something of a national treasure in the UK. I have yet to come across a tea room here in Sussex that doesn't serve it.
Its enduring popularity owes much to the surprising pairing of coffee and walnut.
